So, I just watched Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog yesterday, and I highly recommend it. Watching Dr. Horrible's plight reminded me how much I like the bad guys, and especially ones who fall in love...
I have always enjoyed reading/watching about villain(s) who fall in love. As in, someone who is a generally unlikeable person who becomes more pitiable because they are truly in love with another human being.
I would love to read some manga with a well-developed evil-person love story. It can either be two evil people falling in evil love with each other or an evil person lusting over a regular person. I'm not picky about the sexuality of the individuals or the genera of the story.
My only request is that the villain honestly is in love. No rape or Stockholm syndrome stuff, please.
Mirai Nikki is a good example of what I'm looking for. (It is not as mutual as I'd like, but on the right track). I think a better example of what I'm looking for is from a non-anime, Battlestar Galactica, with Caprica 6 and Gaius Baltar.

Zadei falls in love with Teteiyus (a very obsesive, male on male love) which makes him frustreated and angry at himself. he even lowers himself to serve human in order to keep Teteiyus alive beside him (and captive)
