The boy as a really girly face although he wants to play male parts he cant. He wants to be manly because of his feminine face. So since he looks like a girl he plays girl parts. He can transform into a pink haired priestess girl fro the past who defeated other kabuki evil characters . Does anyone know whats it called?

Narri89 is right, it is Kunisaki Izumo no Jijou but the plot about possessing the transforming abilities and evil kabuki players is the oneshot only. The actual series itself doesn't have any supernatural aspects (as of yet), and it focuses more on the guy's return to kabuki plays. The one shot is basically chapter "0".
