I'm not disagreeing with this, but the way I read OP's post; especially this part: "but the girl has to still like her boyfriend." to me it made it seem like the girl is supposed to stay with the guy. Even if I read it wrong, the whole thing about the girl still having to like the guy doesn't seem like it would apply because Eba broke off contact completely.

well she is a star and he wanted the publicity.. what better way to get it then spend the night with a superstar and also that the author never brings this up ever again later on in this manga.. wouldnt it be kinda a big deal if she indeed cheated on him?
not saying that they absolutely did not have sex.. just saying that there might be other reasons

Don't think NTR counts. OP specifically requested where the cheating girl continued to like the guy. In NTR the cheater usually becomes addicted (for lack of a better word) to the person they're cheating with and thus will no longer continue to like the person they're cheating on.
