Oh wow. Okay. So I'm looking for a manga/anime wherein the main character (fe/male) lives his/her life thinking they have a disease...but the truth is, they don't.

Umm... here's a scenario:
A Boy thinks he is seriously ill and has only weeks to live because he overhears his parents talk about something blah blah. And then, he becomes a loner and becomes indifferent to other people. He ends up rejecting a confession from a girl he likes and stops going to classes. In the end, he finds out that it was their neighbor that has only weeks to live and well, he really isn't seriously ill.
Ehh -.-" actually, that was pretty shallow. (Sorry for my lack of imagination) Hmm, I couldn't think of a manga like this but I know theres a part like this in Kokoro ni Hana O.

I want something deep and psychological (unlike my scenario bigrazz) . May or may not contain romance. And preferably has good art and completely scanlated.

Thanks peeps~
(And sorry if there's a topic like this before. Believe me, i searched...nothing helpful came out)

Sorry I can't recall reading mangas like that but I do have something close to what you're looking for..

Sennen no Yuki? The girl does have a terminal illness, the whole time she thinks about death and trying to live life the fullest. Until she met someone..

If you're into tv-series, I recommend you to watch Flashforward.
It has deep, psychological romance as a subplot. There's a character who found out he has terminal cancer..has a few months to live. In episode 1, he tried to kill himself but the global event, 'Blackout' happened and he (as well as everyone) saw a glimpse of their future, 10 months from now.

In his flashforward, he saw himself still alive, and meeting a Japanese girl whom he has never met before. After the global event, he strives to keep himself alive and find the Japanese girl. It's so beautiful! :')

There's a story like that in the second episode of Shinigami no Ballad. I've only seen the anime, so I don't know what the manga and novel are like.

Full Moon wo Sagashite - she has a disease that will eventually cause her to lose her voice if she doesn't have an operation (and even then, she might lose it). Near the end...
Spoiler (highlight to view)
It's revealed that it has spread to the point that she'll die if it goes on, and she'll lose her voice if she has the operation. But since she spent a lot of time in her other body, it didn't spread as much as the doctor thought, and she had a full recovery.

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni - in a twisted way.
Spoiler (highlight to view)
They think everyone is sick or under a curse, or that they themselves are infected, but it's actually paranoia. I think. Yay psychology!

Nostradamus to Sakaki-kun - not exactly a disease, but has the same feeling.

I thought that was a plot point in school rumble. That dude may have actually had a disease but I believe it gets cured.

Or not, I dunno. Series went in circles.
