Sometimes, but it's usually pretty hard to make me cry. but i've noticed i'm getting softer lately haha xD
I think that if i can cry from a story then it's really reaaally good, and it's definately something worthy of re-reading ^-^
I've cried a fair few times from Naruto, probably once from Dengeki Daisy...and the last time i cried (wasnt really crying, more like choked up >_>) was from reading Sket Dance, at Switch's back story. D;
Right now my mind draws a blank, which kinda shows just how often i cry lol
i think I'll have to watch Clannad now, so many people have mentioned it so it must be awesome

Lets see..
Bitter Virgin A coomon one for maximum of us.
Tada, Kimi wo Aishiteru Endin was really bittersweet.
Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan
Hotel Few scenes were good enough.
There were more seinen/josei series which were real tearjerkers.
In shonen there are hardly any scenes which will make you cry. Its a common trait of every protagonist to have a tragic past ...which becomes so common that you wont feel anything for them. You can say,we are used to it like a daily schedule. Still I cried at the ending moments of Portgas D. Ace in One Piece, possibly because he was mine favourite character and also Oda executed the scenes pretty well.

Deep Love - Ayu no Monogatari made me cry for over five minutes until I calmed down. The noisy kind of sobbing too, not a silent watering of the eyes like normal. D:
Naruto made me cry twice...
Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust managed to make me cry tears of happiness too.
And then there's Guilty Crown, which made me sob a bit, and Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica made me tear up.
Naruto made me cry twice...
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
The first time was after Jiraiya died and Naruto was looking at the twin Popsicle and sitting all alone on the bench. That was super depressing. His death hadn't hit me hard until then...
The second time was when Naruto got to meet his mom, but those were mainly tears of happiness. And bittersweet too... he missed out on having an awesome family.

Actually crying? Doubtful. But shedding a few tears? Yup, definitely!
I remember some part of Kanon being sad (didn't care for the main girl though). Air was sad. I didn't wanna touch Clannad . Had enough of sad animes.
Haibane Renmei was bittersweet, though I don't recall shedding any tears..
I remember feeling bad for Rini/Chibiusa in the anime when she couldn't return home . Ah good times.

Like so many others:
Clannad: After Story
Every time I watch it, still. Being a father and bonding with Tomoya on that level, really makes the emotional punches heavy.
