The title explains it all... The characters both like each other but they don't realize their feelings are mutual. I'd like it to be short too 1 chapter to 1 volume, anything beyond that and most shoujos start to turn into crap that drags... (Well, I wouldn't say "turn into," most are already bad to begin with...) Like the first chapter of Tokimeki Gakuen Oujigumi & a lot like Koibito Asobi

I don't mean to say the manga starts out with that premise though. Their feelings can develop.

Shoujo, Romance, Comedy (preferably), maybe some drama

Bishounen are always a plus!! !!!

None of that ecchi, smut, yaoi, shoujo ai stuff

I'm getting excited already

I second Ultra Maniac. Even if it's 5 volumes long(I own all five...), it's still a really good manga. More cutesy, though. First manga I ever read. I think you might like it.

I think it's quite difficult to find manga that fits your requirements, especially in that "short" criteria. There are many manga with this theme, but they are long. IMO, this type of story usually tends to be long...

That being said, maybe these fit?

Flying Bunny: I think it's sort of fits, although the boy's feelings not quite clear.

Fit other requirements, but not short:
Alice 19th, 7 volumes. Some of Watase Yuu's oneshots have this theme too. I think they are in Watase Yuu the Best Selection.

I also find this category: Unrequited love becomes requited. I haven't read any manga in that category, but for a glance, I can tell they are quite long series (except Veins that completely scanlated).
