While searching through categories I've found these Kurogane Pukapuka Tai, Freezing: First Chronicle and Keroro Gunsou... I haven't read any of them, the first one seems to be the closest to what you're looking for but from the description it doesn't fit my tastes ('This is pure fanservice and the historical details could perhaps be questioned, but as long as you like ships, tough girls and comedy, you're still gonna enjoy it.'). At least it mentions tough girls.
The second one is adapted from Freezing and the only thing i know is that it has a 'military' tag.
I don't know anything about the third one, just the fact that it has both 'military' and 'yuri subtext' tags.
I apologize for these pathetic suggestions but did you really expect to find anything like that in the already small amount of scanlated yuri of which half are hentai and the other half is fluffy schoolgirls stuff?
