Katekyo Hitman Reborn! has a "Ten Years Later" time-travel arc to the future, starting about vol. 16
Fushigi Yuugi, Renai Tripper, and of course Inuyasha all feature a girl who gets sent into Japan's feudal past
It's Not Like That, Darling has a time travel subplot
Japan, a diverse group of people is sent into a dystopian future
Tengoku e Ikebaii - Yaoi; two men who die at the same time are given a second chance at life by being sent into their past.
There was another story about a boy and a girl who try to go back in time to prevent the death of their childhood friend, but I can't remember the name. Maybe someone else can help me out.

1- Sengoku Strays (Kendo loving high school girl travel back in time to the Sengoku period.)
2- Nobunaga No Chef (21st century chef got amnesia as he found himself stuck in the middle of the sengoku warring period in Japan.)
3- Nise No Chigiri (Shoujo, Reverse Harem, Ninjas)
4- Ryuurouden (2 teenagers, 1 boy 1 girl went back in time to the "three kingdoms" period in china.)
5- Feng Yu Jiu Tian (Main boy lost his life while saving a kid. The father of the kid then decided to give him a second chance in life by whisking Main Boy soul to a faraway ancient land. Warning, it's yaoi!)
