So I am looking for a story where one character helps either their love interest or lover heal from something tragic. Sort of along the lines of this topic http://www.mangaupdates.com/showtopic.php?page=1&tid= 33586&hl=heal but it can be any genre, any type of romance (girl x girl, boy x boy, boy x girl), and it doesn't have to be the boy (or seme) helping the girl (or uke). It just has to be part of the main storyline.
What I don't want is a story that only focuses on physical healing, like the character has the flu or gets in a car accident. It has to be something emotional like losing a loved one, getting raped, etc.
Also, I only want completely scanlated stories, nothing ongoing
I've read stories like this before (Bitter Virgin, Mars) so please look at my completed list before recommending.
Thanks in advance

for shoujo:
Hakuji - plenty of the 'healing the other' theme, some of it is physical recovery, but most is over chilhood trauma
Papillon - Hana to Chou
for yaoi:
Hybrid Child a collection of inter-connected stories - I think the second one fits.
Sore wa Isshun no Hikari, dewanaku Read it a long time ago, think it fits
Rapuntsel ni Fuku Kaze

I think these would all fit:
Akuma no Ororon
Hana no Namae
Sarashi Asobi

normal city the guy helps the girl find a reason to live
Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan both the guy and the girl have deep emotional scars...they help eachother let go of the past
Thomas no Shinzou best shounen ai in the universe
Pieta...urrmm this was kind of bland in its execution and i didnt really like it but it has high ratings so give it a try
normal city, Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan and thomas no shinzou are all favourites of mine...enjoy

One of my favs! You won't see it until for a while though, but it's still great!

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
The guy was abused as a toddler and has a fear of abandonment. The girl sort of heal him, I think...

Show Princess, sort of. The protagonist Summer was previously an orphan. She now has a loving foster family. But then, in a tragic car accident, her foster parents die and her brother is seriously injured(she luckily wasn't in the country at that time).
Vampire Knight is one too, I think. Zero, one of the three main characters was bitten by a vampire four years ago. Yuki, the adopted daughter of the academy's head master who takes in, helps him get over the pain although she doesn't know his deadly secret. And when she does, she still stays by his side.
Both i plucked out of my list of fave manga. Btw there is of course romance in both, but I only mentioned what was relevant to the "tragic" theme u requested, not the summary.
Didn't necessarily like:
Princess Ver.1
Kitchen Princess - tragic incident only happens later on. It's a pretty cheerful manga regardless
I'm not sure if our tastes are the same but anyway u should at least try the first two
