I'm looking for fantasy or supernatural mangas that have werewolves, vampires, demons, devils, etc with comedy, romance and with smut but without smut is fine too. thanks.

Well, even if not all titles are comedy+romance, they have at least one of it...and a bit of the other. I don't think there is a manga with all the things you want it to have

Anti-Gravity Boy is fantasy, shoujo, and has romance.. :3 But there aren't any of those supernatural beings.. it's a good manga though. ^^
Watashi no Ookami-san is pretty cute too.. it involves a "Demon Lord," so I guess it's what you're looking for.. xDD
