I only read josei or shoujo but because i have read all the "completed" ones that suit my taste,I said why not give shounen and seinen a try.I tried like a couple for both but i didn't like any. But then i came into Emma which i was like wow i really like it and even became one of my favorite.
so what I'm looking for is only COMPLETED shounen/seinen manga that you think will suit the taste of romance-shoujo/josei-reader ,sth like "Emma" maybe ,sth with romance.
NOTE: I don't want any shoujo/josei manga recommendations.

Haha, I thought the OP said "No Shoujo" ....
Here's some seinen recommendations of a similar literary style (less comedic, more dramatic):
Completed:
Chobits
Hetakoi
Hoshi no Samidare (give it a chance, got some fantasy)
Shingetsutan Tsukihime
Sugar Dark
Velvet Kiss (borderline H, tho)
Incomplete:
Yesterday o Utatte
Natsu no Zenjitsu

well the author of Emma also did another manga about maids called Shirley
Hourou Musuko - this is still ongoing but it's written with the emotional sensitivity of a shojo manga, and it's published in the same 'seinen' magazine (Comics Beam) as Emma
Taiyou no Ijiwaru - it's by the same author as Mars, but this is an excellent seinen manga from the female perspective
Solanin - another great seinen manga told from a realistic female perspective
Adventure Boys - or anything by Adachi Mitsuru, who writes mostly shonen (which doesn't resemble any other shonen manga I know of) but also shojo and seinen. His works are very subtle and focused on characters and relationships.
Twin Spica - the most effective tearjerker you'll read

So, you are basically looking for a Shounen/Seinen, that focuses on romance, but with or without an historical setting? If the historical background isn't necessary, then you could try something like Beck, Sekine-kun no Koi, Tetsugaku Letra or Death Edge, if you don't mind supernatural elements. ^^"

"Why does it rain?" - "To create drama." (Drops (Andou Yuki))
