-romance can be harem or "1 girl 1 boy"
-no other male characters (no matter how minor) will/do/had sexually harass/fall in love/get too close to main female characters (umm like those damsel in distress situations, a big no-no). Well ofcourse family members are exception to "getting to close", as long as the father/brothers/relatives did not sexually harass

cant believe there are shoujo titles that fit the desription, cuz usually theres always some other guy who is also in love with main girl

harem world mangas like Infinite stratos fits the conditions easily

Dengeki Daisy is an exception among shoujo, no third wheels whatsoever

You could try Tasogare Otome x Amnesia. It's kind of harem, but it's more like 1 girl x 1 guy
