Two words.
Main character is a girl who's father sent her out of the house to explore the world. On the way she befriends a guy trying to find his father's killer and they help people out while trying to complete their objectives.

It does have an anime.

School girl falls in love with a long-necked guy who is afraid of her. When she goes to confess she targets the wrong guy and accidentally kills him, she panics and her friend helps her eat the body. They wait for the actual guy they're looking for and the friend accidentally kills him too. So they eat his dead body.
