I think it's not korean. Doesn't look like a manhwa art.
It may be just a korean scanlation. I'd need a better pic to check the text...best, in a pic with ppl talking.

try checking out the manwhas these guys scaned Korean Manga Translations

Well, this might not help, but the first thing I thought of when I saw the picture was Ichigo Channel. Since, we don't have anything else to go by, I'm just throwing this out.

I suggested it because that scene reminded me of a scene in that manga or a least somewhere in the back of my head. But nonetheless, you should still read it anyway you never know and it's good.

try sending the pick to a korean manga scantalor staff member if you can and see if they can figure it out and get them to scan it

if you ask them nice enough or something they might look into it if they have the time you have to be really sincere...and you have to look for a certain staff member usually the ones that suggest new projects

Ah, I just sent an email to one of their translators..I don't know if that was a good choice or not. I did however ask if they had translated it.
Now, would I send one to a raws provider, scanner, or editor?
