She's probably my favorite mangaka at the moment. Her stories are so refreshing to me, and I adore her characters and their relationships. So what I'm looking for are manga like Futago or Six Half. Josei and shoujo with a realistic, down to earth feel. The characters are organic and likeable even though they are flawed. I like a slow developing romance where you sort of fall in love along with the characters.

Hm, you've probably read most of the stuff from my team if you've read Futago, 3 AM, etc... Have you started Principal yet? If not, I suggest you give this one a try. Out the hundreds + manga featuring high school kids, this one has to be my absolute favorite at the moment. There's just the right balance of everything in here. It'd be too bad some people dismiss this just because it falls under the "shoujo" "school life" category.
