Exactly what it says on the tin.

I searched the Cousin/s tag tag, but there were (to me) surprisingly few manga that fit these criteria. I'm looking for manga with cousin couples (either as the main couple, or as a side couple) that weren't properly tagged with the Cousin/s tag.

Sore wa Totsuzen, Unmei no Aite ga, love story about some people, and in the volume 3 and 4, there is a cousin couple. This fits perfectly with what you're looking for

Momoyama Kyodai is the only one i could think of...

Some obvious ones:

Minamoto-kun Monogatari first girl is his cousin

As I mentioned, I thoroughly searched the Cousin/s tag. I'm looking for manga that haven't been properly tagged. I've started reading Sore wa Totsuzen, Unmei no Aite ga and Hajimete no Aku and they're both good, thank you. :-)

None of them were cousins in Ranma, Only bond they have is their fathers were best friends and also co-desciples of the same master. The other girls were either mishaps by Ranma or cheating by his father.

Sakura Tsuushin is a typical cousin couple relationship manga but I think they were distant cousins.
