Okay so this is the type of character who devises ways to make his crush fall for him. Something like this manga that I've read... I forgot the title but let me describe the story. ^^;;

(Daisuki Datta yo Sensei) The girl is popular in their school but she is a closet bookworm. She is afraid that her other popular girl friends will run away from her after knowing that. One day, she is desperately searching for a particular book in a bookstore and a guy from her school noticed her begging for the book. Everyone in school avoids this guy because he is an otaku (or something close to that). But he has the book she needs and after dirtying the book, she has no choice but join the drama club.

If you know manga like that, please please help.

Cheese in the Trap - he's always on top of things when it comes to manipulating people, especially when it comes to the female lead. Most cunning male lead I know of, great read.

A Night of a Thousand Dreams - wonderful manhwa! Sehara is amazing in how he is able to keep Shahryar under control.

Feng Yu Jiu Tian (Novel) - the seme is quite manipulative, and the uke has his moments too.

Kaichou wa Maid-sama!

The only manga that comes to my mind at the moment is The World God Only Knows. The male lead is very cunning and smart when it comes to making female fall in love with him. However this manga is shounen though.

I've read A night of thousand dreams and Maid-sama, and liked both of them! I'll try the other titles especially Cheese in the Trap.

And I guess I wouldn't mind shounen, as long as it is romance. thanks!
