I am looking for a specific Shingeki no Kyojin doujin, which I came across a few days ago, but I can't remember its name, which website I read it(possibly pixiv), or even what language it was(should have been either English or Japanese, but possibly Chinese as well)....

As far as I read, there was no Yaoi/Shounen-Ai.

Basically, Eren, who appears to be 15~22 years old-ish, is walking along in what appears to be 'our' world; ie a modern world with no titans etc. He sees Levi collapsed on the ground, unconscious, in his Scouting Legion uniform (and 3DMG I think...) and wonders "what weird clothes" and "is the guy hurt" etc. Eren then takes the unconscious stranger home. Levi eventually wakes up, and upon seeing Eren, he asks "Eren, why are you here?", which kind of implies that Eren is dead in the 'Shingeki' world.

So yeah, Levi was 'spirited away' from the 'Shingeki' world, into 'our' world where Eren has no memories of Levi.

This has been bugging me SO SO MUCH but I can't seem to find it again! My computer is a bit broken and I can't see my History.

please please please PLEASE PLEASE help if you know this doujin, or have ideas on how i could find it, or other forums i could try asking etc.

If you go to top let of the page where it says Manga Search with a box you can type in, put Shingeki no Kyojin dj . Hit go, then under Other Site Sections hit go to the one with Search Series

It should list all the Dj from Attack on Titan .Skip the ones that say yaoi, and such. It may take some time, but this is the best help I can suggest as I don't know which dj you're talking about.
(You could sort it by title, but all the ones with that are closely associated with those words should pop up first.)
