I'm looking for a yaoi manga with a straight seme.
Like the Uke somehow knows the Seme by being relative, school, through friends, work, etc...
I would like for the Uke to confess to the Seme but is rejected at first. (Because the Seme thinks he's straight but eventually falls for the Uke.)

If you're looking for yaoi/yuri related stuff, please post in the yaoi/yuri section, even if its technically a "I'm looking for..." post. There is a tag for straight seme already, though its not exactly like what you described, but it may help to reduce your search result.(I'll edit my post or post a new one later if my brain can think of any such manga)

For a story with a straight seme, I'm always tempted to answer "all of them". In my opinion, this trope is much more common than the reverse. It's not so common for the uke to confess first, sorry I don't have many of those. Anyway, here are a few I like.
