Hey Im looking for anything that closely resembles Full Metal Alchemist that has to do with human life and the philosophical way they go about it. Something that closely resembles our philosophical views on reality and way of life. Hope you guys understand my explanation but Ive always loved the quotes on human life shown in FMA and hope theres different other manga that goes along the same viewpoint.

By same viewpoint do you mean the same opinions as those expressed in FMA, or are you just looking for mangas with philosophical themes? I haven't read FMA, just seen the first anime, so I can't make comparisons to the manga, but here are some stories with philosophical themes:

Oyasumi Punpun - Themes like the value of human life, purpose, belief and moral ambiguity.

River's Edge - Death and human relationships.

Homunculus really gets into the nasty/messed up qualities of people and appearance versus reality.

I would have to say Magi - Labyrinth of Magic
...unless you're already reading it.

Maybe check mangas with robots/androids as protagonists they tend to have this kind of thing :
YKK
Ghost in the Shell
Chobits
Pluto

You should also try Mushishi if you haven't already, it's much more slow paced than FMA but if you liked the philosophical bits you should like this one too.
