Hi, I'm looking for a manga with a MC that Is kinda like Adrian Monk, from the "Monk" Series.
That Is, he/she has something that makes him can't fully function in a normal society (like Adrian's ADHD), but he/she Is insanely good at something. It can be investigation, but It can be anything (really good painter, good in sports or something else).
It can have supernatural, but I would like a more "normal" setting (without anything like fantasy, supernatural or sci-fi).
Thanks.

Here

Anoter tag is "Eccentric Female/male Lead".

Also try adding Prodigy or Clever Protagonist.

Thank you for the "remote" manga. It's really something like that (the fact that he can't even leave his house is kinda cool)

streppy, I have searched in that link, but most of them are just... "quirky" characters, not really what I'm looking for. Remote is really close to what I want. the guy can't do anything in the "normal" society, and needs other people to help him (like the girl partner in remote, or the women assistants of Adrian Monk).

Thanks, and If there Is more options, I would love to read!

Kami-sama no memochou I have readed, and I think it's nice. My read list on mangaupdates isn't really complete, since I created that recently.

Freesia - The protagonist is really interesting. He's nuts, and essentially has no understanding of the thoughts or feelings of other people; when he behaves 'normally', it's usually because he's copying others or because he's doing what they're asking of him. Skill is fighting. Graphic violence and sex, so don't read if you're still pure of heart. smile

At first I was just gonna read past this thread, but now I remembered one title. Kokou no Hito.

I don't think I can give a proper summary, so you may want to read one of the comments there.

you could try Death Note if you havent already, the charcters L and N from there seem to fit very well even though i have not read the example you have.

I don't have anything to contribute (unless possibly Welcome to the NHK?), but can I ask, what anime is your avatar from?
