I looking for a manga where the mc is who was normal then turns into something non human. Also where he fights for his humanity.

depends what you want and what you think is nonhuman. bodymodification? bodyaugmentation? mutation? genetic experiment? or just evolution of the human species? demonic posession? transformation?

if you want just a random tripped over a shrine/alien/ghost/whatever and turned into a half demon/alien/somethingwithatail, who goes around and fights whatever and shouts a lot. try a random shounen manga like
Ushio to Tora, Nurarihyon no Mago, Arms or pretty much pick any random monster fighting manga

or if you want to go the seinen route you could try
Saishuu Heiki Kanojo she is a female turned weapon, wants to have a boyfriend
ES
Icare
Homunculus not nonhuman, gets lobotomized, questions his and everyones humanity
Ultra Heaven more of a mindfuck after drug overdose
Freesia not really nonhuman, but he is borderline insane and does question his humanity, reality and existance
Gantz maybe
Narutaru

Claymore is most likely a perfect fit with what you seem to be looking for. The main character is female though (as is most of the series cast) but don't let that deter you. It's a series that can show you a distinct side of the female persona, one that isn't shown very often and isn't left behind by male counterparts as far as badassery and comradery/companionship is concerned.

Get backers isn't exactly like that, but if you read it long enough you'll start to notice that both the mcs are trying to not fall back to the people they used to be.

Just read this one, and it's really short but
Cynical world
Probably the best one I've read in a while.

If you like anime then you can try
Legend of the legendary heros. It's the closest to your description, and the best anime I've ever seen.
