I am on the hunt for new shoujo manga. Not just new as in ones I haven't read kind of new, but as in manga that are ongoing and more recently published. I have read most older, popular shoujo titles. Even if it's still ongoing now, if it was out over a few years ago, I've probably read it--and possibly still read it. It doesn't matter how many chapters are out, though I would prefer ongoing manga. One-shots don't give me a new release to look forward to!
As for my likes, I'm not very picky--my only constraint is that it's shoujo/romance! Thank you for helping!

If you're looking for ongoing and new manga, you should look at the current roster for your favorite magazines! I really like "Margaret by shueisha," "Hana to Yume by hakusensha" and "Dessert by kodansha" so my current favs are "Tsubaki-chou Lonely Planet," and "Boku to Kimi no Taisetsu na Hanashi". And if you haven't yet, you should also check out some korean webtoons (my fav is probably "super secret"); they update quite frequently and are really fun when you get use to them. Good luck!
EDIT: I also really like "Kiss by kodansha," like I love every other manga on it buttt they're josei so it doesn't really count. Favs are "Nanatsuya Shinobu no Housekibako" and "Love Re-run" enough to get the current tankoubons.

Here are a few ongoing Shoujo/Romance mangas that I've liked from the last couple years (2014-2016):
Sabaku no Harem
4-gatsu no Kimi, Spica.
Tendou-ke Monogatari
Henyoku no Labyrinth
You should also check out the highly rated ones from the last couple years (here filtered to just ones with releases but does include oneshots):
