It's really, really hard trying to find a manga that fulfills all of your requirement. But I'll give it a shot.
PRETTY MUCH FITS:Bastard (HWANG Youngchan)Psychological thriller webtoon, still ongoing and is actively updated every week at LINE Webtoon. It's about a boy who's actually the accomplice of a serial killer - and that serial killer is his own father. One day his father decided that his next target would be the boy's love interest, so the boy tries ANYTHING to protect the girl he likes. This is one of my favorite webtoons, you can definitely feel that he hates his father. I'm pretty sure that the father hates his son, too - it's just not as visible (currently) due to the fact that he's using his son. No witty banter, but the hatred shows from action/behaviour. Recommended if you like thrillers that make you sit at the edge of your chair

Cheese In The TrapOngoing webtoon. You can read it officialy at LINE Webtoon, or read the curent scanlation. The mutual hatred is mostly shown during flashbacks, but there are some from current events too. It's about a girl who feels that her life is going downhill due to a suspiciously perfect senpai. No witty banter, it shows from action/behaviour. If you're looking for straightforward "in your face" hate, this is not for you. Both of the boy and the girl don't show it very publicly, but you can definitely feel it! Recommended if you like drama with mysterious characters. Definitely a favorite of mine

Penguin BrothersCompleted. Mutual hatred between two gang leaders - pretty intense in my opinion. It's about a girl who wants to erase the social problem in her school. Recommended if you like hardworking female leads. It's an overall enjoyable read in my opinion

SOMEWHAT FITS (most of them are one-sided hatred):Athena Complex (one-sided)
Ongoing webtoon at LINE Webtoon. Athena hates Poseidon, very, very, very much. Intense hate. Seemingly mutual but I think it's actually one-sided. It's about Athena, who wants to take revenge on Poseidon because he broke her heart.
Shiro AriOngoing. About a girl who gets transported into another world. She must help a person called 'Alice' become king. The hatred is between the current king and Alice, if I remember correctly. Most likely mutual, but I forgot if there is witty banter or not. Recommended if you like fantasy and quirky characters. One of my favorites.
Suijin no Ikenie (one-sided)
Ongoing. About a young girl who becomes the bride of a god. The girl hates the god very much, because he is mean and sadistic towards her (well, he doesn't really have feelings). A bit sad manga.
Imitation (PARK Kyung-ran) (one-sided)
VERY, VERY, VERY intense hatred from a celebrity (male) towards an 'imitator' star-wannabe. It's more like he detests her, and in return, the girl is absolutely terrified of him.
Reimei no Arcana (pretty short-lived hatred)
Completed, last time I checked (dunno, I didn't like this series). About a girl who gets engaged to a prince, if I remember correctly. The hatred is pretty short-lived, but it's pretty intense.
