Hello
I'm looking for manga where a monster guy attempts to blend in with humans, falls in love with a girl, the girl, not knowing he's a monster of some sort also falls in love with him, and once he revels his true monster form, the girl doesn't get scared and run away, she accepts him and they live happily ever after

biggrin anything like this?

It doesn't exactly fit the description, but I highly recommend Niehime to Kemono no Ou

First off, many of my recommendations will not fit your description 100%.
I will however write in which way they differ. wink
Ookami ga Kuru! (the female lead knows about him beeing a monster from the first few chapters; the mc doesn't lead a normal life but protects the "normal life" of others)
Shinrei Tantei Yakumo(the male lead isn't a actual "monster" however he is still not accepted because he can see the dead)
Strange Dragon(fast romance/relationship; male lead isn't a monster but a dragon)
Kirisame ga Furu Mori(male lead isn't a monster but has a dark secret; horror ambience; subtle romance)
Kyuuketsuki no Uruwashiki Kekkon(vampier/human oneshots; not really tiring to fit in)

Hope I could help.
smile wink grin

Kawaii Hito(Saitou ken)- The guy isn't a monster but has a really scary face and everybody's afraid of him.But actuallyhis very kind and peaceful and works in a flower shop. You should definetly try this out.

Ehhh... Reminds me of the classics, Fruits Basket and Kanata Kara

Ok, maybe Meteor Methuselah too

Not an exact fit too, but reminds me of a few manga similar to what you're looking for.

Mahou Tsukai no Yome - The female lead knows that the guy is a demon since the first time they met. The girl isn't scared of the demon guy. The demon can transform into human to blend in when needed. They live & embark on their adventure together.
Superior - The female lead is the demon and the guy is a human. The female lead hid her identity and went on a adventure with the guy.
^ These two manga got me really hooked.

Also, a one shot similar to your description:
Majo to Yajuu A lion fell in love with a human girl and asked a witch to transform him into human.

Hmm in addition to Kanata Kara, another finished one that I've read was called Joou-sama no Inu .

Another one that I'm actually REALLY hooked on right now is Devils Line. It's not fully finished but you can actually buy the volumes on kindle to support the original mangaka and the company thats officially translating it into English...so i guess that pretty cool? smile

Edit: I forgot to add that Kirisame ga Furu Mori (the manga) is actually based off an rpg maker game biggrin~

Inu X Boku is a pretty good one. Though, I believe the main girl learns the man is a monster pretty early on, it still fits the bill pretty well.
