Just as the topic described, I would like a manga where the guy pursues the girl. Note:- No Harem, tragedy, ecchi, mecha, lolicon or hentai or overtly sci-fi or fantasy, no magical girl please!! and no Shinjo Mayu

there is some ecchi in it unfortunately, but honestly, its not a big problem... the storyline is great and it makes you want to keep reading until you finish it... (it's completed)

Isn't Suzuka like...100% ecchi? "It’s an all-girl housing complex and spa!"
I don't know but, that kind of stuff doesn't sound very shoujo-ish. I'd second Honey and Clover.

This one isn't really harem in my opinion and the characters aren't lolicon. Only a few chapters has been scanlated so far, but this story has soo much potential.
The world would be a bleak place without manga.
