Yeah I would've put a few Shinjo or Minami stories up there, but that would've been a couple months ago before I read Desire Climax. Damn, even the name is smutty. Though it's one of my guilty pleasures I can't deny it's over-the-top raunchiness.
Are we allowed to list non-shojo smut. If so then I'd like to list Heaven's Prison. I haven't read it in a while but I remember thinking to myself "A little further and this might be hentai."

Haruka Minami (she's a yaoi mangaka) has toooooo much smut in her manga. It's hot but it gets tedious. It's hard to make a rabbid fangirl like me overdose, but she made it.
