What can i say this story kick ass but ending suck balls first arc was realy cool zero is one of the best characters he is not plain and loves kurohime all the time arc 2 is not bad but it looks like the ending was somehow pushed by author or not cuz it's 17 volumes still i wanted to see more kurohime/zero action together as normal persons not as kurhohime vs zero or smt

In the end i give 10 cuz art is realy good Zero is one of the best male characters and kurohime better if u see it yourself

I love this manga and the characters, the story is pretty good and when kurohime is little is so cute
I can't wait to see the next chapter, so the only bad thing is that the release of it is very very slow. I cheer Genesis to go fast with it^^

Yes, the first 8 chapters of the manga are somewhat tedious. It's called exposition. It is essentially setting up for an epic story. For people to judge this 14 volume manga on the first 3 volumes is simply absurd. Furthermore, it has an outstanding hook, and even though it is episodic in nature, like most shonen manga is, at first, you can clearly see the development of the characters.

As previously stated Kurohime is quickly becoming my favorite female character in manga. She is stacked (and I love the beauty mark).

Zero is a little too childishly drawn for my tastes, mainly because his design doesn't fit his personality, but he is such a strong character that I can overlook that.

Overall, this is shaping up to be one of my favorites of all time if it continues like this.

Great manga. I've no idea about any of the artist's other works, but kurohime by itself has been an interesting read. Generic as it may be, cliched asit may be, it is still interesting, esp kuro hime. Great character, absolutely hilarious.

The manga had an amazing start, and along the way, we get a bunch of hinted mysteries, as they are later uncovered. Wish I knew more mangas like this (people keep saying these are cliched, but ironically, I find it hard to find series like this. The closest I've seen is some... demon queen that's traveling with this hero who's supposed to assassinate her)

Conclusion? Great art, funny, really likeable characters, and whenever I thought the story was gonna get repetitive, the story gets a twist. Loving this.

Manga has it all. One of the best out there. Simply great 12 out of a possible 10. Stop wasting your time and go read that mess already...

This manga was once great. I loved it. Then the past arc came.... long, convoluted and detrimental to the story (the original purpose for her going back there was pretty much forgotten as she doted on Rei and ignored Zero, the guy she supposedly loved). Then, when the end of the arc came, we find out some horrible news (to me anyway) that completely ruined any interest in the manga, making me drop it. I give it a 5/10 because the beginning up through the Shinigami arc it was REALLY good. Then it got REALLY bad, so it evens out. I'll never finish it, though.

Amazing, absolutely amazing... the 15th chapther of the 5th Volume is one of the best scene i have every seen in a manga! I love everything of this manga!

Seriously this incredibly stunning gun blazing supernatural cowboy witch is by far the most lethal heroine ever to grace manga! I am hooked, what can i say after reading through only 5 volumes of epic supernatural battles to learn there is still 9 more chapters not translated!? Unbelievable! Back to the review Kurohime has a very unique plot, unpredicatable outcomes, great art, and unbelievable potential to be a aboslute classic! You will journey with Kurohime and her faithful sidekick Zero another freak gun blazing prodigy. The character development is very deep as it deals with sacrifice and love. Seriously why am i still writing this review, we are here to read and if my review hasn't made you go and find this manga to read then you are missing out like if you've never drank coke before. Go out and read it now if you havent, cause I could write a whole book on how underated this manga is.

By the way the pic they have up there of her thats her cursed teenage look, dont let if fool you. Her original adult form will give you a MASSIVE nose bleed!
