Not sure if this is even completely scanlated or if it will ever be but it's a cute and funny lighthearted read taking into account that it's a yakuza meets doctor civilian

I really don't understand why the rating of this manga is so high. In my opinion, the only half good chapter was the very first one. You get a little bit Yakuza vibes in the first chapter. Like, gun shot, terribly wounded guy who is acting tough nonetheless and such. However, after that... the Yakuza turns into a 24/7 horny guy who sleeps with just anybody anytime and the only yakuza-things about him are his tattoo and his underling. Oh and sometimes he uses harsh language which doesn't really suit him because he's so lovey-dovey most of the time.
I don't even want to start talking about the main character... He is so extremely girlish that you could replace him with a 14-year-old girl without problem. His face is always red, he's always either scared or embarrased, he is probably the smallest person in the whole manga (even among the women) and his oversized coat looks hilarious. His only personality is "I'm a doctor and therefore I want to save all injured people". I've seen oneshots' characters with a deeper personality than his.
The yakuza guy and the doc are often shown literally as a tiger and a rabbit. I could neither see a fierce tiger in the yakuza guy nor a cute rabbit in the doc though. It was only because of their names and probably the mangaka wanted to draw cute rabbits, really.
Well, this manga is so fluffy that if the characters wouldn't insist on it being a yakuza story and reminding you again and again how scary those mean yakuza guys are (even though they do nothing most of the time), you would think it was some squeaky teenage-girl-falls-in-love-with-delinquent-classmate-love-story.
I wonder if I'm spoiled by other more realistic yakuza stories. This one left out almost all difficult but interesting parts about the relationship with a yakuza. Worry about your own life? Worry about the life of your family? Have doubts about your love ruining peoples' lives? At least a little bit of action?? Nope. It was like "why are you scared of yakuza?" - "it's because they're yakuza".

There was also a second story in it about an adult and a boy 16 years younger than him (starting from the boy being 3 years old and than growing older). It's better than the main story, though it can hardly convey feelings. One of the reasons for that is that the boy is completely expressionless. I also didn't like how the boy's look changes from 19 to around 35 only because he's wearing a suit... If the mangaka wants to write a love story with age gap, then at least stay true to the idea and don't drastically change the appearance!

I don't know what else to say. This is one of a few mangas that I'd label as "waste of time". If you're reading this to decide for a manga that you want to read, go search for another one. There are better love stories out there, better yakuza stories and better yakuza-love-stories as well.

I loved it but I just wished he didn’t sleep with other women while actually trying to pursue the doc. I can’t really see the dedication in chasing the doc. That’s the only issue I had with this.

U know this series truly rollercoaster to my feelings, like i can laughing while crying, because sometimes even we are in sad and touching scene there is a funny scene lol i cant help it.. im cry baby and easily laughing.. and this is makes me heart fluttered so muchhh i feel like wanna cry.. this is both beautiful, and funny.. this is touche my heart in the point i wanna cry and in the same time makes me laughing my lungs out.. both the doctor and the yakuza is beautiful couple.. yea i think about it too.. that the yakuza still sleep around even he said he fall in love with the doctor.. but from what i see he sleeping around because his frustation with the doctor, and he also still not in relationship with the doc back then, so i think its okey.. its not ntr then, but yea its hurt my heart a little too when the yakuza fool around huhu. and and the doctor is such a little tsundere inside.. he have a high pride but he is so adorable i love them both.. no i mean i love them 3.. the yakuza's best friend is so loyal and kind lol (´∀｀)♡

Everytime I read this, my heart would always clench. I'm still not convinced that the yakuza truly loves sensei. He may be protecting sensei, but I could see that he kinda hurts sensei by his words (and he doesnt even notice it Idk man) and he still sleeps around (whilst others see it as ythr yakuza protecting sensei etc etc) and bruh. He kept confessing his love the doctor and I just cant feel it.

I mean, it was pretty funny, especially the cute animal dynamics, but that's about all I liked about it.

As someone else pointed out, the fact that the seme could go and have sex with 3 women after confessing his love for the doctor bothered me. I mean, it's one thing if this is in the span of a couple of years. Can't blame someone for wanting to satisfy sexual urges instead of waiting years for one person who might reject them. But days? Seriously?

Also didn't like how it felt like I was reading shota. Like ew, I HATE shota (and lolicon. One of the reasons why I avoid most GL/yuri is because the girls look like elementary school students). Seriously, this supposedly late-twenties doctor looks and acts like he's 10. He's baby-faced with a small body and constantly looks like he's gonna piss his pants any second now, especially around the yakuza dude (throughout the entire manga, not just in the initial meetings!).

Oh, but I did like that scene where the manly seme says that it would've been better if he'd been born a woman. Whenever that line is used, it's almost always out of the girly-looking character's mouth (usually ukes, sometimes semes), as if they're saying, "I already look like a girl, would've been better if I'd been born one if it meant we could be together". To hear it from a manly-looking character... points for the mangaka

I love yakuza manga, i love yaoi manga and a good amount of comedy. And this manga has all of it. The tiger/bunny idea adds just the right amount of ridiculousness and cuteness.

Surprisingly, i found the super manly yakuza seme more adorable than the tiny rabbit-like uke. This guy really loves the doc and he shows it in such adorable and fluffy and i waNTED TO STAY SERIOUS ABOUT THIS BUT THE FEELS ARE TOO MUCH

the ending melted me away and just thinking about it turns me into a puddle of feels tbh
I'm glad the mangaka changed the ending from the drama CD and used this one instead cuz it's way better and fits the story and characters much more.

I just have to say one thing, six freaking years!!! That's how long I waited to finish this manga. I loved it, but it felt kind of unfinished, well...six years were enough to get over it I guess. I'm just glad that I got to read the ending.

I read each and every chapter but I still don't know if they end up together.
