The main character is a frail looking old man with a heart of gold. He will go out of his way to save people and it is very awesome. This manga is a real page turner for me because it makes me want to know what happens next.

This Grandpa more Human than the most Humans around...kinda funny.If a Mashine is more "good" than actually mortal Person with all his emotions then screw you meatballs i want to be a Robot/Cyborg...well technically a Human is an organic Robot or walking City on legs we have thousands(maybe handful millions) over Creatures inside us and like a City there are bad and good ones and crazy ones(if the immunesystem goes nuts then you are to killed by your own "Police/Military,etc.)...But back to my first thoughts why did the Aliens give them weaponlike abilities,Cyberwar abilities and a Jetpack?If they just wanted to "revive" them...

So does this have a good plot? maybe it would have if the ending wasn't rushed but sadly no... Then why a 10 because you just don't know how much you needed it untill you see an old man beating ass.im being entirely serious you could remove every single from this manga and it would be equally as good.

Anyone that draws might get an aneurysm reading this, especially if they're familiar with Clip Studio. It's impressive how little Oku drew considering what a visual genre manga is. 3D models, tracing, pre-rendered backgrounds rendered in B&W... I've never read a manga with less drawings. It's tantamount to clipart.

Characters were extremely simple and unremarkable. Yes, we love to see a frail old man given a second chance and kicking ass, but that's literally the entirety of his being -- he's someone you feel sorry for and want to cheer on because he looks sad and works hard. Everyone's mean to him but he's so nice and sweet and strong. Cool.

The positive of this manga is that it reads heartfelt, despite how many corners were cut visually and how downright juvenile its exploration of morality is. It felt like Oku was genuinely trying to convince himself of innate goodness in the world, just while drawing as little as possible lol.

Also: the amount that he rips on Gantz is hilarious. By the end I was convinced that no one is a bigger hater of Gantz than the guy that drew Gantz

It started great, an old man that gets a second chance and tries hard to prove he's still human by saving people. Unfortunately the author soon shows his true vocation, depicting wickedness and suffering, you get 3 or 4 chapters of guys killing for no reason, raping, destroying others happiness and so on for every one short intermission where the MC actually saves someone.
Not my thing, I don't mind some gore and depravity but this manga is too much for no reason.

My thoughts exactly, I accidentally recommended this to somebody else after the first or second chapter in hopes of enjoying it together. I couldn't unsend, regret my actions quickly enough. Senseless rape and carnage added as if they were sick perverted panty-shot services.
