nice shonen manga, has everything ( from the 8 chapters i've read) to keep you interested. the protagonist is not a looser, like most of them in the beginning of shonen mangas... well it's definitely some thing to read...
Yea the anime's coming out this fall, so looking forward to that!

Well, since no one is making a comment, I guess I'll be the first. The manga's pretty good, I'm loving it so far. It's basically fantasy where magic exists with some modern mixture. The main guy, has the power to nullify magic (using his right hand). So far so good. I recommend it to people who likes modern + fantasy.

A little above average art with more background drawings than the average Shounen make not up for the missing story in this manga.
This manga is a monster-of-the-week mishmash in a made up setting. The best part is the main character isn't a wuss. He is very likeable character. But most of the action is illogical and right out stupid. Yes it is a Shounen. But it sometimes so stupid that it gets boring. And i don't mean the fact that the main character is always the only one to solve a difficult situation, it's Shounen so this is "normal". What i mean it's more like: There are almost no consequences of incidents in the foregone chapter in the next chapter. Apartment destroyed in one chapter, in the next chapter (even few hours later, in-story time) everything is OK. Hospitalized in one chapter, next chapter he is completely healed. And so on.
One exception are new side characters, once introduced they stay somehow (to be used with the next monster-of-the-week antagonist in some chapters later).

Conclusion: A lot of action against all odds, without any sense, with a very likeable boy and a quirky sidekick girl. If you like stories made by 6-years-old plus a little hint of a romance this a manga for you. Ah, there is also a little bit of fan-service in this manga.

Ughh, Really peopel think this is a good mix? Iono I like my shonen as well as the next guy, but this series really puts me off. I mean they mixed magic and psychics right next to each other. That's like oil and water, they don't mix too well unless its a dam good setting and plot. And this is a meh series. A context from the story "Magic was born from ordinary people who wanted to have abilities like psychics".

Ultra lame, i know shonens are not suppose to make sense, but this just makes for absolute dribble. I give it a 4 for some decent art, and some humor...
