Description
Tamiya Nika is a beautiful, outgoing, popular high-school girl. She has just the right look, just the right fashions, and is everyone's friend. What everyone at school does not know is how hard Nika works to keep up this perfect image, and what she is REALLY like at home. When not at school, Nika is a scary, sloppy, tight-fisted girl who wears glasses, an ugly sweatsuit, and has her hair pulled back into unattractive buns. The premise is very similar (*cough* straight up copied) to Kare Kano, so it's easy to pass judgement on Switch Girl as unspectacular. However, Switch Girl, is in its own right, pretty entertaining. The characters are different. The interactions are different. The general vibe is more light-hearted and silly. That gives it enough originality to be entertaining in comparison to many other ongoing shoujo series.
This is a pretty good series. It seems like another kareshi no kanojo manga but i really like how the author avoided some of the "typical" shoujo plots. Some parts of the story is boring but some parts were ok. The beginning is particularly interesting.
Too me, Kare kano is much better, yeah it may ne deeper, but tbh I liked the anime, and it seriously made me laugh ! this women's cut and copy paste of playserism should not be promoted.Tbh I can't even remember half of what happened...and I read it 2 days ago ..

And can't tell yet how its gonna be. I mean some parts are funny, but I never had a LOL moment or anything (except for the fart, since I wasn't expecting it), and most of the humor didn't reach me. For a large part, I was confused... but I'll blame that on the pages being out of order.
Not quite as funny, not quite as dramatic, not quite as touching. This series falls short of Kare Kano in pretty much all ways. Way too far on the childish side of shoujo to boot. The characters in KareKano were deep and heartwarming, the characters in switch girl are just cheap copies. Disappointing but what can you do, this story's already been told and told much better. Go read KareKano if you havn't already.

I've only gotten to chapter 2 so far. But I am disappointed in how this seems to be going. I am also not crazy for the drawing. I was hoping to be laughing my head off, and there was no laughing coming from me at all. Hopefully it will get better.
an kare kano rip off. Rather blatant as well, cant believe somebody hasnt tried to sue her, well i guess once i read this eventually ill find otu if its better or worse than the original...but im going to guess that if the mangaka cant come up with an original plot herself, the story is going to suck.
ok this sounds just like Kare Kano everything about this story is copied from that manga only thing its no where near as good as Kare Kano it seems stupid i wish kare kano was longer i miss that series T-T
