it's starting to get really boring the last 5 chapters were the same thing over and over, it's totally different from the first chapters, well... let's see what happens but I doubt something good will.

Sure the overall plot is kind of cliche, but it doesn't matter.
What's important is that the author is able to flesh out each character and provide some witty dialogue, which is exactly what Shouko-san did in this one. I thought that the progression of the relationship between Beni and Kagetora was excellent and the humor was actually funny.
Definitely recommend it!

Why do so many people read shoujo manga because the male leads are hot/cute? I mean, if it's no good, then how did it make the male lead hook you? And anyway, isn't there anything better to do with your life than reading a bad book 'cause of a hot fictional guy? That's pretty sad. :/
Anyway, like those before me, it wasn't half bad... but it wasn't too spectacular. It's a nice, light read. ^_^

Much like many of the reviewers before me have said, this manga is nothing extraordinary, but it's still entertaining enough to make you keep reading it. The plot's pretty simple and the story flows well, so I can't complain.

The characters are not annoying and emo, and the art is not complicated or overly-cute (I hate cutesy art *bleh*), so that's a definite plus.

Simply put, I'd like to know what's going to happen in the end, too; so I'll continue to stick around.

Besides, I'm a Konami Shouko fan and I like her doujinshi work, so I'll keep reading

yes like everyone else.i thought it would be a cliche one and i wanted to drop it after the first volume....thank god i was patient enough to read the following volumes...and i must say..the plot is gettin good!!!seriously, i would never thought that it would turn out that way.and the romance is nicely done too but that's not the focus here in the latest chapters...so always give a manga chance...see i was so wrong bout it now i'm regretting not readin it sooner...go kagetora x beni!!

Besides the whole time warp thing, the storyline isn't anything special. The heroine can be annoying sometimes but not often, and it isn't nearly as bad as some of the other manga I have read. To be honest, the only reason I keep reading is to watch Kagetora... he is HAWT!

The manga is pretty good so far, but it's just moving too slowly for a ninja type thing. Also, the author can't seem to choose a main character. He switches between Beni and Kategarou, and although it works in some mangas this one would be much better off centering on one character... Well, maybe I'm just saying this because I want more action and I'm wishing the author would focus more on Kategarou and ninjas.

I agree... the plot is turning to rubbish. But it's not too far gone yet, and it's not quite as bad as some that I've read.

i honestly love this manga! its one of my favs!! its hilarious and sweet! and the female lead (while kinda retarded with the whole suicide thing) kicks a$$!!! and kagetora besides his smexyness is awesome! haha its fun to watch him react to the modern world an i mean hes frickin' ninja! coolness=10+ other than that i thought the plot was awesome D: the whole time warp n stuff! psh dont read this for the art!! read for the story!!! i rate 11!

Just finished reading the first 3 volumes and I would have to say its going pretty good. The only thing I cant get over about the series though is the fact that there is a manga called Kagetora and the series is also a romantic comedy with a ninja male lead. >.>

i just read this manga today. The drawings good and has typical shoujo story plot. Its focuses on the romance a lot. The whole time travel thing is weird and confusing - its probably the only things that makes the story line interesting...
Not the best but its ok.
