Description
The story continues where the first season left off only months into the future. Yuokai Gakuen has been repaired and the new semester is underway. Tsukune and gang are back, and more powerful then ever. Anti-Thesis's true identity is revealed. With new adversaries looming on the horizon, and something much more sinister than the gang has ever faced before.

i started reading this sires recently because they did a one chapter preview in english shoen jump andi coudnt get off of it so i started reading it online and it is as good as i thought it would get but like someone else said in the first part he has the ghoul powers and he doesnt even use them now WTF?! also in rtov 1 they go on about tsukune wanting to drink moka's blood but they dont go ANYWHERE with that
This is good so far.
If you liked the first season, you'll enjoy where the second seems to be going.
Overall the series is fairly cliche and the character development is transparent.
The presentation however, (bar the sometimes inept fan service inserts) is polished and the story progresses at a pace that doesn't bore you to tears.

Why is some people rating this second season even though it only has ONE chapter (translated)?
Think of this as a "Naruto"-"Naruto Shipuden" (or however it's written) continuation of sorts. If I'm not wrong, it's a continuation after their summer vacations.

isent the first manga not even finished in japan yet?
I thought someone might of added this already, but surprisingly it wasn't so I just added it on the list.. Hopefully Zombie Scans will complete the first season and start translation this one, but that looks like a long way to go for that to happen.. And not forgetting that the anime going to starting on 3rd of January 2008.. So, it look like the anime going finish before manga gets translated.. By the way the anime cover the first season.. not the second..
