I noticed in the comments that people in place of see the good work the autor is trying to make, you guys are whinning about u own ideals, I have read ligh novels from japan, a lot is about a men that lost everything and him loves ones, for that he protects all he meets and care for, in that plot the protagonist most time ended wiht a harem and has a happy end. Otherwise I saw code geass and even the end was amazing is sad that all except 1 protagonist die, This author is trying to say, Fight to stay alive and enjoy it with the people u love no matter what others think. And poligamy e.e pfft, I know more than half of my male friends has 2 or 3 gf, and their dont fight between them meanwhile they have money to have fun with them... and more in this days.

ch 23 was pitiful

I usually don't mind manga that is geared to ONLY males, but ch 23 made me queezy in the stomach... I liked the development otherwise, but this series isn't really that amazing. (Cmon man... cmon man.... a chapter devoted to polygamy, this is a little too straight foreward to me...)

Enjoying it

I have to say after reading chapter 18 of season 2 i notice how much the drawing has been improving and also the scanlators really did a good job cleaning it its like reading a high quality scans.

The plot may be a bit slow but the author is slowly trying to show us the character development for each of the main characters without rushing things unnecessarily.

Compare to the season 1 with the much improvisation drawing of season 2 i notice that tsukune, male lead, is getting more and more cooler and the female main characters are also getting more pretty

Overall, aside from the ecchiness, i really enjoy reading it. A good read, easy to understand and fun for its own genre.

For people who are into deep plot, non-stop mindless action, complex story, deep emotional romance with totally angst character, anti-vampire stories and trying to compare it with this manga by saying it is bad then this is not for you.

all around good manga

This manga is funny, has action and lots of ECCHI bigrazz
Easy to read and enjoy.
On a side not i think they best move they made in the entire series was making Tsukune go ghoul. Right when i was starting to get overly annoyed with how weak he was he finally gets badass!
The artwork has also improved a huge amount. It was great in season 1 and now it's awesome. Tsukune actually looks cool and worthy of the harem and the girls look 10 times hotter than they already were.
Definitely a great manga.

Well I have read season 1 and have just picked up and finished catching up on 2. And I have to say season 2 has yet to let me down. Contradictory to the novel below this I have to say I enjoy the more action based story of the manga to the frivolous anime counter part. While at the age of 19 I enjoy the plot and the fact that the main male lead isn't completely annoying and useless. I enjoy something with more substance. And since this manga takes a turn from relying solely on the romance element it scores high in my books. In a sense it reminds me of Kurohime in the action/romance genre.

And if the Anti-Thesis arc is a prelude to anything from this season we as readers will have something more to look forward to. I am hoping the story goes into the darker tone it took in v.6 of season 1. And from the indicators of v.4 that might just happen.

i loved the first series and the this one seems to be more interesting than the first...
i think that the background of the other characters will be more explored during this series and they'll be more characters...
i have high hopes for this one

if you like the first season, you should definitely give this a read. so far, nothing really makes it stand out beyond the first season, but it's a nice continuation on a pretty damn good series. oh, and the drawing style is slightly different than the first season.

Like the first season but less plot continuity. So far there've been no serious plots in the first 10 chapters I've read. Also, Moka's sister is a new character and she serves as the protagonist very frequently. All in all, I expected more development of a "second season" yet the romance and plot are the same or less mature than they were as of the latter part of the first series. (The ecchi doesn't disappoint of course.)

About main character's powers

This is only a spoiler if you havent read the first series, so if you havent, dont read my comment.

Spoiler (highlight to view)
His "ghoul powers" are nonexistant. Someone complained in a comment for the previous series how lame it was that after he finally got them they were taken away. Guess what happens to him based on the current story line of the manga if he turns into a ghoul? He dies. Tada, no longer a harem manga, grats.
Anyway, every single time he uses his vampire powers he becomes one step closer to turning into said ghoul, and also dying, which is why he's currently appearing as a minor character.

Series is good so far biggrin I'm very curious about how this season will end, because there are just so many things that can happen. I'm personally hoping for Tsukane to someone become a real vampire biggrin

yeah like the one below, i agree with him, the series is starting off really slow, they should pick it up after ch 11,and on, if not people are going to get disappointed. Tsukane did not even get much show time in more of the chapters besides 1, and partial in all other, other he was really a minor...i still like it, but they it jsut need to get back on track by not making it seem like Tsukane degrades and stuff.
