Angel Densetsu has two female characters who like to fight; are martial artists... one is the main romantic interest.
Gokusen features a female protagonist who grew up among yakuza and generally acts like one (or at least how the manga humorously portrays them, lol).
Tenshi na Konamaiki is about a girl who thinks she was originally a guy, and thus fights and swears and generally has a blunt personality.
Bambi and Her Pink Gun features a blunt personality girl (even uses caveman speech: "Me Bambi." lol) who shoots and fights and kills people without a second thought.
Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer's female lead is a ridiculously strong girl who fights with her fists.

well, all the girls/women in ARAKAWA Hiromu's works immediately pop to mind

and , of course, Rumiko Takahashi's ladies in Ranma 1/2

you might try some short shoujo titles like The kidnapping of Minja Jo's Boyfriend (Korean) the heroine is in a yankee band of sort and she definitely can use her fists . And she's pretty blunt .
