A broken heart main male character...
Whatever he's single or already in a relation but got dumped...
And he's really in pain after that.

Any genre is fine...except Yaoi/Shounen ai

EDIT: I think that this may be hard to find...then how about a manga with a scene or event
like this and can be female lead...

I could only think of That's Why I Sigh, I mean the guy's in love with a lesbian, so non-stop heartbreak there. But it's very gentle in this story, for some reason the angst isn't too heavy, maybe because it's a hopeless case anyway and it's not the same as losing someone you had - you just know that you can't get someone you want.

Yeah.

You said "any genre," but just confirming... Is yaoi/BL okay with you? Because if so, there are TONS, I mean tons of mangas in that category that would suit your request. Let me know and I'll rec some if you like.
