If you put mpreg in the tags section than you get 3 results - animal x, sex pistol and and a dj but I can't remember the name.

Ok shocking as it may seem i know of two more yaois that have such an ending to them. One is called
Kudan no Kuroneko
the other is the extra to
Zense to Gense to Kimi to Ore
for Zense the 6th chapter is completely different from the original story xD as for kudan no Kuroneko I suggest reading the whole thing since the whole story is one. and its cute!!!

AND
theres a chapter in desire boy by NAONO Bohra
Its chapter 3 love snatcher.

Kudan no Kuroneko's like sex pistols in that there's a whole family tree from mpreg, but there's no women and the tree's not nearly as complicated bigrazz
