im looking for a manga in which at the beginning for like 10 more or less chapter is a regular slice of life like k-on or lucky star, then after all that All Hell Breaks Loose, war, diseases, murder or other stuff like that

That's not exactly what you're looking for but psyren is pretty much school life in the first 10 chapters or so. Then after this it's not "all hell breaks loose" but it gets pretty dam badass. Check it out and you won't regret it I asure you.

Edit: Sorry pal I checked and it starts right off the second chapter but the first chapter is pretty big (around 65 pages). So don't check it if you think its too short.

koizora...i really hated this manga though
please save my earth starts out as a very normal school life manga..the only thing unusual is the main lead's dream of the past..then bam everything happens

uhh i just noticed that all 3 of them are shoujo..sorry but i havent read any seinen/shounen with this kind of plot

Hmmmm... maybe a bit? Hoshi no Samidare It still largely maintains its slice of life feel though the writing by that time, gets somewhat dark too.

Let's see what else: I Am a Hero

I'd recommend Bokurano if not for the fact it doesn't really fit any of your requirements but all hell does break loose.

High School of the Dead
There is war, disease, murder. Though there is not much of that slice of life that you want.

Bio Meat
It takes quite a while before the big disaster strikes. But there are these things that eat people. Murder and stuff like that is in it, too.

Narutaru - starts off looking like a children's story but, well - look at those tags... Quite slice-of-lifeish, but not in the Lucky Star/K-On kind of way.

The Mai-Otome anime might fit. The first half is fun mahou shoujo school hijinks. The second half is quite dark. Unfortunately, the manga doesn't follow the same story.

Uta-Kata might fit, but again - anime > manga. Also, it gets dark, but maybe not 'all hell breaks loose' - it's more of an internal downward spiral. The upbeat-slice-of-lifeyness is there though.

Well, the ones that i've read are "all hell breaks loose after a couple of chapter" but who knows maybe you might still be interested
