I seriously recommend Oresama Teacher.

It's hilarious and nearly every chapter has made me laugh out loud and the characters are some of the most unique I've ever seen. Highly recommended.

I forgot how to link things, but here's the names.
Beelzebub and Aiki, both great fighting anime, and some of the funniest stuff I've ever read.

Sora no Otoshimono, and to a lesser extent his gou-dere series (lesser because I think he releases a chapter yearly or twice a year or something)

Anime wise,
School Rumble, and Full Metal Panic Fumuffu were decent comedies. I also liked Tower Of druaga. Golden boy was a classic.

Poor poor lips
Banana no nana
Pantser Princess
Husky and Medley
Strawberry shake sweet
Hayate x blade

Ehehehe I only recommended stuff with yuri/subtext because it's the only stuff I read...
But don't you dare skip out on them! Poor poor lips, pantser princess, and Huskey and medley are the ones I read over and over since they never fail to make me laugh ^^

Transfer Student Storm Bringer lvl: BUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!
The God of High School lvl: omg! lol, such a cutie pie! Do it again..
The Legend of Sun Knight lvl: hehe...hahaha.. !!!!! .....HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!! OMG! I need to read this again....hahaha.... (the novel is better though, imo, cause then you get more of Sun's devious inner thoughts)
Houou Gakuen Misoragumi lvl: Hahahahahahaha!!!!!!
Oresama Teacher lvl: Hahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!

Oresama Teacher definitely.

well out of all the mangas i'm currently reading, that one is the only that's making me laugh a lot more than others. i'm sure there's much more funnier ones though x)

The funniest manga I've ever read are:

Genshiken - the more otaku you are, the funnier it is.

Yotsuba&! - the style of humor is hard to not laugh at, and Yotsuba is the funniest kid ever.

1/2 Prince / 1/2 Prince (Novel) - some find the manhua more comical, but I find the writing style in the novel funnier. Either way, I laughed with each chapter.

The Legend of Sun Knight / The Legend of Sun Knight (Novel) - very, very funny. So much satire hidden in there. Same author as 1/2 Prince, so I recommend the novel in particular.

Detroit Metal City is absolutely hilarious. Angel Densetsu is quite funny too. I'm reading Beck right now and it's fairly funny as well, even though it isn't as comedy centered as the first two.

For more recent and ongoing things I'd say Watashi ga Motenai no wa Dou Kangaete mo Omaera ga Warui! - don't let the ratings fool you, it's very funny - but above that Fujimura-kun Mates. If you feel like reading a funny webcomic, besides the obvious and well-known Noblesse, which is indeed very funny at times, you have Nowhere Boy, which in the 3rd and 4th chapters has a hilarious parody of all the cliches in sports manga and shounen romatic comedies.
