hi! i am looking for some shoujo or josei manga which makes me laugh so hard. i read a lot mangas before, so i am looking for something which is not a popular one although good enough.

It's a bit difficult when you don't list what you've read... I don't know if you are okay with smut... but here goes:
Josei
Gokusen -- generally episodic; a situational comedy; gets better and better.
Chou yo Hana yo -- a YOSHIHARA Yuki manga; contains some smut
Shoujo
Don't Cry, Girl -- this was my reaction: "What am I reading? OMG. Wha? Why? How? NO! Next chapter please!"
Minna Kirakira -- oneshot; I think I laughed a lot b/c of the dad's reactions; cute
Seinen
seconding Yotsubato!
Hanamaru Youchien is pretty adorable/funny (I watched the anime).
Mud -- twisted funny; same mangaka as Don't Cry, Girl
