-It has to have a good ending

How about Hibi Chouchou, Love Com, Orange Marmalade, Last Game and/or Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun?
Those are one of my favorite shoujo and I think they fit the requirements you have.

Though most of them are still on-going, but they'll probably will have a happy ending.
