I'm looking for anything where it actually starts off as the protagonists being a couple, it can show the process of how they became a couple as well but i'd like something where they end up together really early in the story.
I'd like something where they truly do care about each other and stay together for the whole story.
Do not want:
- tragedy
- love triangles
- Drama
- unfaithful protagonists
Best example:
Usotsuki lily
ps. Thanks in advance

Both in Samurai Usagi and in Magico the pair is married in volume 1 already.
Magico is in many ways a typical (good) shounen title, while Samurai Usagi is surprisingly serious behind its light hearted facade.

Sachiare! - really cute married couple
I would totally recommend Futari no Renai Shoka... if it was translated
Ubu ubu Fuufu might have fit too, but on top of being slightly erotic, it's also untranslated

Mars has the couple getting together pretty early. They never have any real "love triangle" problems in that there are romantic rivals, but the couple really only eyes for each other. Not sure how dark/light of a story you're going for, but it's a great manga that's pretty dark.
Mademoiselle Butterfly is also really good. It's more peaceful and deals with a life long relationship.
Hana ni Arashi is fun and ridiculous. It's probably most similar to Usotsuki Lily, out of all these.

Geneimuso No real love triangles, and the drama was not really overtly cliche high school material. I really liked that story, even though a lot pf people seem to not like it all that much.

Uzumaki. May not be the genre you're looking for, but its the only manga I've read where the main characters are a couple from the get-go. Hope this helps.
