So I have been looking for a Manga to read lately and lurking here for awhile I thought I'd ask for the manga that I can't find myself. I'm looking for a manga in which there is a main couple who get together fairly early and have to deal with obstacles in their relationship.

Basically I'm looking for the stuff you normally see in Shoujo/Josei but I want to see it in Senien/Shounen manga. Doesn't matter to me what the other genres are, I'll take anything with the requirements.

Also as a bonus if anyone knows a manga with the opposite of the trope playboy finding love with one girl, with a girl who is either loose or very popular loving one guy. Can be any genre or demographic.

Thanks guys.

Arakawa Under the Bridge might be what you're looking for.

Try Ojojojo and Yandere Kanojo.

Karin
Boku to Watashi no Henai Jijou
Yandere Kanojo
Fujiyama-san wa Shishunki
Horimiya
Otonari-San Game looks like it can turn out that way if the guy stops being dense or if the girl is more honest. It's hard to judge with just 7 chapters.

*Some of these the characters dont get together early but there is lots of teasing/moments the way you'd see in a shoujo & its obvious they like each other. Karin for example.*

Crush on You has both a playboy and playgirl falling in love with the same person. I won't say who ends up with who, but they both do end up in monogamous relationships.

I don't know any playgirl manga off the top of my head, but here are some Seinen romance manga with the couple getting together early:

Natsu no Zenjitsu
Otoyomegatari
Emma (Though they may not have gotten together early in this one, read this a while ago)

Velvet Kiss if you don't mind borderline
Kimi no Iru Machi is all about relationships
GE perhaps
Okujouhime
Solanin
Happy Negative Marriage
Yesterday o Utatte but they don't get together early on. More of a slice of life.
Bonnouji little drama tho

Second Natsu no Zenjitsu as it is more dramatic

Avoid Arakawa Under the Bridge. It's a gag manga and probably not what you're looking for.

Okay, I have add on to the suggestion of Yesterday o Utatte, there's romance but no one's together yet; it's really good though.

For this you might want to try B Gata H Kei. It does have a slight twist on what you're looking for, but I think it's a great read (and there's an anime adaptation which I think is pretty good as well).

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
The girl is actually just as innocent as the boy, but she tries/wants to be sexually active
