I'm looking for comedy mangas which will make me laugh out loud literally. The only mangas I've found really funny were Yankee-kun to megane-chan, fullmetal alchemist and hoshi no samidare so I'm looking for manga with similar humor to those titles. Maybe it was the translations but I laughed a lot with those mangas. I find shounen-ish art funnier from experience but if there is a shoujo style-ish art which you think I might like, go ahead and recommend it. I also find blatant fanservice and girls with very large breasts very distracting and not very funny.
Manga like Ouran high school host club, skip beat and lovely complex are funny but not enough to make me lol.

Gintama definately
Sengoku Youko from the same mangaka as Hoshi no Samidare (less comedy but you might find some parts quite fun)

1/2 Prince / 1/2 Prince (Novel) and The Legend of Sun Knight / The Legend of Sun Knight (Novel) bring me to hysterical laughter, especially the novels.
Yotsuba&! and Genshiken also gave me constant laughs, but they have a more "peaceful" aura than the series you give as examples.

manga and anime are both generally unfunny.
angel densetsu is one of the few mangas i remember reading and finding it acceptably hilarious
