I'm looking for something like Attaque where the mc is strong at the beginning and after an accident ended weak.
He can regain some strenght during the manga or remain weak.
Must be at least the male lead.

shin angyo onshi may also work due to disease....
rosario+vampire sealed vampire.... probly not as fight based as you want
I think I've read a few others but I'm rather sure they sucked for the most part.

Superior kind of works. Was a really strong and evil, but slowly turns weak and nice, but lead is a female.

Kurohime, except the incident that made her weak happened right before the start of the manga. She does, however, slowly get stronger as it goes on.
Edit: Oh geez, I missed the part about the mc being male. Sorry. Ah well, maybe someone else will be interested.

In Change Guy a weak boy switches bodies with the strongest guy. This means the strongest has a weak body but the drive to become strong again and he does so by pursuing the grappling arts.
Unfortunately this writer has a hard time focusing on all his characters(has a narrow focus) so he forgets about him for a bit and the weak to strong gets the most attention.
