Cardcaptor Sakura. In the first years of my manga addiction I also read Tsubasa: Those with wings, School Rumble and Fruits Basket.
Actually I use to watch CLAMP school detectives, Ao no yoshi and Sakura on tv.

It also happens to be the first manga I've ever read. (And I started from volume nine and went backwards. I was a weird kid.)
Boys Over Flowers is also worth noting, since I also read it around that time. I don't think I ever finished it, though. I got through like twelve volumes.

Kataoka Michiru sensei in her work entitled Little Cherry.
It's a very very very old manga, but I kind of remember it's my first time reading a shoujo manga. After that, I really remember as well that I read Sepia Gate, a works of Takase Ryou's sensei^^
Well... I started to read manga when I was an elementary students, and it's my cousin's manga^^

Sailor Moon count..? You know like when you found a hidden copy in the children's corner before a manga area existed lol.
Otherwise possible Kare Kano... or Imadoki was also one of the early ones I bought all of.

Black Bird. Just picked it up at a bookstore and started reading it. But I remember reading a manga a long time ago but I have absolutely no idea what it is or what it looked like.

I used to borrow standalone shoujo manga from my friends, I forgot the title already. I used to think shoujo is meh, full of unreal and stupid cliche everytime.
The first shoujo manga to change my mind completely is Baby Love. Feel so realistic to me (at that time).

Ashamed to say it was Modotte! Mamotte! Lollipop after watching the anime when I was like 12. Apparently I loved it >w>. Even more sad it was my first manga of any genre.

Pastel was my first manga.
Gakuen Alice was my first Shoujo manga. (because of the anime)
man, so long ago, I remember reading G.A when I was a sixth grader, now I'm on 3rd year of college. Yup, G.A opened me up for more mangas.

Mine would be Clamp's X, which naturally came with the disappointment of it never being finished. Second would be Magic Knight Rayearth.
