Comedy/Romance without the heavy drama.

First search mission 😀 . I'm looking for a manga with comedy and romance as the main plot or at least an important element of the story. Needs to be a lighthearted manga that doesn't get too serious with the drama e.g. Suzuka. Ecchi is fine with me, just not to an extent where it escalates to sex. The art needs to be decent so nothing before the 90's I suppose. Lets say anything better Happy World's art will do.
Dont want any: Hentai, Horror, Josei, Lolicon, Mecha, Shotacon, Shoujo, Shoujo Ai, Shounen Ai, Smut, Tragedy, Yaoi and Yuri.
Gender Bender - unless its something like Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru
Sports - If it's not the main focus of the story.
My list is public so you can check out what I've read before recommending me something. Also I must stress that I don't want any "typical shoujo plot/art". Thanks in advance, hope I'm not too picky. 😐

I would say Ranma 1/2 but it's is old, but the art is pretty good, and contains genderbending, but why not check the first volume yourself? Then there is Negima and Ouran Host Club(the main female dress up as a boy).

Pretty Face you gave 8.5 to Mx0. It's the same mangaka. It isn't a gender bender for me, but I'll let you decide.

Pastel I'm not fond of this, but it fits very well what you're looking for. Same mangaka of Parallel.

The only thing I could come up with was Chokotto Sister.
Funny, some light romance, and not so much drama (mostly as a side dish).
Really good art and story. I commented on it.

@reid1: I"s is on my wish list even though I've read 3 chapters of it online and it didn't really appeal to me as much.
I've already seen the anime of NHK, so if it doesn't differentiate much from the anime, I'll just pass on that then.

Pastel is from the same author as Parallel and when I read the first 3 chapters and scenarios were quite similar in a few ways so I wasn't really interested enough to put it on my reading list.
For Genshiken I'll put it on my wish list, even though I've given it a pass multiple times already.
@NightSwan: Still having questions if it contains incest or whatever.
@Mantoki: A little more detail on the shoujo's please.
@Rebirthed: I'll leave Ranma 1/2 where it is atm, gender bender and its before the 90's. Mahou Sensei Negima is already on my reading list. I heard that Ouran Koukou Host Club has reverse-harem in it, so I'll drop that.
@tsuto: Already on my wish list but some people said that the art was quite distracting so if you could rate it out of 10 for the art, it would make me more decisive. Oh and if the story is good enough to overlook the art or not.

Well, I can't give the art a 10 because I would be lying, but while the art isn't exactly good, it's quite peculiar on its own way.
I think the story is quite good and not reading it just because the art would mean not reading a good comedy/romance manga.

It's not, though. Randou is no more dedicated than the hero of Otoboku. Probably less. I suggest it.
