So this is something I realized I haven't really ever seen before in manga, and now I'm really curious to see if there are any series that have it.
I've read a lot manga where the hero/heroine gets transported deep into the past. I've read a couple manga where they get transported into the far future or recent past.
What I haven't found yet is manga where the main character is transported into the near future, like 10-20 years near future. Something where everyone they know is a bit older and/or further on with their lives and the main character has to deal with struggling to get back into the flow of things after essentially getting left behind.
Preferably magical/scientifically time travel or cryogenically frozen, though coma is okay if nothing else exists. Mostly since the character would still be aging if they were in a coma, so they'd still be part of the same generation/age group. And definitely something that focuses or at least deals with redefining relationships and doesn't just have the time travel as a throwaway beginning to an entirely different plot. And preferably something that's a couple volumes over a oneshot or the like, but oneshot's are okay too.
I think that's about it.

Psyren maybe?
- It's the only manga that I know of that is almost perfect to your description. But the future traveling in this series has only one flaw; Everyone is either gone, dead, no where to be found. But things do change when you read more into the story. I don't want to spoil.

There's always Pandora Hearts, where the main character falls into the abyss and ends up 10-ish years in the future.
In Kanojo no Namida ga Yuki da Toshitara (oneshot), the MC falls into a coma for a few years and has to deal with the relationship with the girl he loves.
Maybe Hyouketsu Kyoukai no Eden (Novel) - it's not really "time travel", but that the MC got exiled and now has to start over as a new recruit in the palace and catch up to his friends.
