Looking for Emoish stories. For example, one of the characters attempts to commit suicide, or tries to cut his/her wrist, or someone attempts to kill someone, or accidentally killed someone in his/her past, or someone committed suicide because of someone (particularly on obsession like) or someone is attempting murder on his bf/gf for revenge because he/she was dumped, or someone hanged himself/herself because of love depression. And the characters must be nicely drawn. So, it's more on psychological. I don't like Anne Freaks , because she was more like a murderer, and it's not romance. I hope there's manga about something like this. Thank you in advance!

I'd suggest you look at the categories:

Emo
Self-Harm
Angst

About this, The EMO category is much more on Yaoi, I don't like these types of mangas. Though TEEN SPIRIT is nice. But the angst and Self-Harm Section are more on YAOI and Shounen Ai also.

The problem with this thread is that I don't want to label things that I like as 'emo' bigrazz Emo is a derogatory term which implies insincerity and whinging.

That said...

Hitsuji no Uta probably fits everything you want.
Narutaru has a character who cuts and mopes - but she has serious issues. I dunno, might fit your criteria if it's broad enough, though the vast majority of it has nothing to do with that kind of thing.
Doll Star - pretty mild example.

But yes - I like these and would never describe them as 'emo' with the exception of Hitsuji no Uta, and that's only the bad parts of it bigrazz

Outside thought: Itoshi no Kana, but all the emo is in the past and everything is chirpy and upbeat in the actual story.

urg theres nothing emo about persona 3 no their personality, story is not emo. the only thing emo there is the MC's hairstyle, but the MC is far from emo. although the theme a dark its not emo.

read naruto and look for sasuke, he's totally emo, angst angst. and sometimes the other characters too like naruto.

Omae ga Sekai wo Kowashitai nara
Nana from what I've heard
Bokurano has some of this towards the end, with many other characters dealing with their issues in more explosive (though still rather emotional) ways.
7 Seeds also has this at times, as does Suicide Island from the few chapters I've read.

Also, Shinji from the original Evangelion.
